It offers approachable, ingredient-driven dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. Helmed by Chef Kendall Moore, Spaghett’s menu spotlights Carolinian cuisine examined through an Italian lens, showcasing twists on classic dishes that are locally sourced based on the micro seasons of the Carolinas. The spirit-driven, handcrafted cocktail program led by Executive Bar Director Amanda Britton offers reimagined classics with familiar flavors and Italian ingredients. Residing in the historic 19th century Young Morrison House, Spaghett is an adaptive reuse project that demonstrates thoughtful preservation of history that is seamlessly integrated with original design elements.
